Awesome Workout
I took my first class at ILKB La Grange just over a week ago. I was really nervous because I hadn't done anything like this before, but the staff was so energetic and encouraging that my nerves turned to excitement. The classes are fast paced which keeps your energy high, and each class has a positive atmosphere. Everyone there wants to see you succeed, including the other members. If you're looking for a full body workout that will keep you coming back, this is definitely the place. Can't wait for the next class!
